I set up Kuberos in 2017 as I saw an opportunity to provide effective IT sourcing advice to clients, without the overheads of a large consulting organization.

Since 2008 I have worked as a trusted advisor to IT leaders and senior business stakeholders, leading engagements to devise, implement and optimise commercial sourcing strategies for IT services and major IT delivery programmes, across a range of sectors including manufacturing, retail and financial services.

Previously I spent 20+ years in the IT industry managing on- and off-shore delivery teams, working with travel and retail clients on digital transformation initiatives, and managing software and application development.

I work with a number of associates so that Kuberos can take on larger projects.

I am also a member of the Independent Advisory Network (IAN).
